Dress & Capris Simplicity 2469

 I actually made this dress up for E for Easter, and she did wear it.

 I just never got around to photographing her in it.  I'm not sure she loves it, since I had to get her to put it on so I could take pictures.

 I also made the capris from the same pattern. (dramatic, no?)

The fabric is a Lissette that I got from Joann's last year.  And incidentally, I made the ruffle tank for her last year, too.

KCWC - Day Two - Shorts & Capris

I love quick and easy projects.  These shorts and capris fit the bill!

 E was skeptical of the baggy capris - but now she Loooooooves them.  And is asking for more.  I'll be happy to oblige.

 The shorts are from the same pattern, but I cut them a bit slimmer.  E is a slender girl.  They are both Simplicity 4206.  I have a top and skirt each about half done.  Hopefully I'll get a chance to work on them today. 
I've decided to do some rearranging in E & S's room.  That might take all day.

He looks happy about it, doesn't he?
