Giving Stuff Away

A while back I mentioned that I might do some giveaways, and so: Since it's the season of giving, and since I appreciate all of you reading my crafty/sewing/weirdness, and since I missed my 'blogaversary' in August, and also because I'm cleaning out - we'll have a giveaway today.

It's the 'It's not a potholder' Mini Quilt.
Measuring at just 7.5" - roughly square.
Quilted with concentric circles.
First blogged about here.

Just be a follower and leave me a comment telling me your favorite thing about the Christmas season.  The food? Cookies? Family? Presents?  Tradition?  Church on Christmas Eve?

Make sure I have a way to get in contact with you as well.  I'll take comments until Wed. Dec 7,  midnight, central time.   I'll be happy to ship internationally - so it's open to all.

Winner announced Thursday, Dec 8.  Good Luck.

I am a new follower of your blog! My favorite thing about Christmas is traditions and good will that comes during this time of year. I love to teach my kids what the true meaning of Christmas is too.

Ooooo!! I love giveaways!

My favorite things about Christmas are many:
-the hustle and bustle and busy-ness
-the decorations
-the music
-fudge
-Christmas programs at church
-chocolate-covered cherries
-our church's Christmas Tea
(Is it bad that two of mine are chocolate?)

Well, you don't need to enter me since I won your last giveaway. But I've always loved this mini-quilt!! It amazes me how talented you are--especially with those tiny pieces!

And my favorite part of Christmas is listening to Christmas music (especially Trans-Siberian Orchestra...hmmm perhaps that's why I spent this past hour that I had all to myself to do anything I wished playing through my TSO book on the piano) and having the time to slow down and enjoy some family time together.

Going out to look at the Christmas lights on the houses is my number one favorite part!

Love this little quilt!! And it is my favorite color BLUE. My favorite things about Christmas are making gift for others and spending time with family. My kids and I always back lots of goodies to give away as gifts and this is one of their favorite things as well as decorating gingerbread cookies. Thanks for giving away a beautiful little quilt and good luck to all who enter.

This mini-quilt is too cute! My favorite part of Christmas is the music. I could listen to it all year, but I restrain myself and only play is in December. We're teaching our 21-month old to sing the "Fa la la la la" part of "Deck the Halls!" So far it's just 'la la la", but we'll get it by Christmas Eve I'm sure!

Check out my blog: beyondmts.blogspot.com

Thanks for crafting such cuteness!

This quilt is to pretty! I would be delighted to have it!

What I especially love about the Christmas season is this absolutely unique atmosphere, like something magical is about to happen. This is probaby the only time of the year when you can feel like a child again. Nothing can ever compare to this feeling.
