The Beaded Looped Earring Tutorial

I've wanted to try these for a while.  I made a single loop version a couple of months back (never did get around to sharing it, though) and wanted to try more loops for more impact.

Here they are in pink and red:

Here's how you can make your own.

You will need:
Eye Pins
French Hooks
Beads in the color of your choice - at least size 11.  10s will be too small to fit on the eye pin.
A small pair of needle nosed pliers

I got all of my supplies at Hobby Lobby.  I know that this week the 'findings' are half off!  The beads regularly go on sale as well.

(This is a mix of beads.  I didn't use the large beads or bugles)
For the first loop, which will be the bottom, thread the eye pin with beads, leaving about 1/2 inch at the end open.
Bend the eye pin to make a loop.

Stick the end through the hole
 Grab it with your pliers
and bend the end around to make a new loop.
It should look something like this.

For loop two and three, thread on half the beads.
Thread on a completed loop and continue with the beads.
Bend it up and connect as before and soon you will have something that looks like this.
Open up the eye on your french hook.
Hook on your loops, pinch the eye closed, and you're done!
