Finished up the quilting on this one last night after watching the spectacular Snowboard Cross and Freestyle Half pipe. Super G, meh. Now I need to trim it up and get a binding on. I'll be binding in the same hot pink. I considered the green, but I don't have enough fabric.
My Olympic handwork continues. Perhaps a foot for perspective?
And the most exciting? Pulling fabrics for a class I'm taking this Saturday with Gudrun Erla. I need a background for the charms. We are doing a kit in the morning and a table runner in the afternoon. I am pretty excited. Hoping the baby behaves while I'm gone!
Linking with Lee.

I love that hot pink quilt! If you don't have enough green, it might look neat to include a stretch of it in the binding. I always like that effect. :)
The hot pink is fab for the background! I don't think I would have ever have thought of that color for a background but I LOVE IT!
That hot pink quilt is wonderful!!!! Love it!!!! What is the pattern you used???
your Olympic handwork is going great! bring it to the party next month, please. =)
I guess I had better pull out fabric for the class! I better get a fire under me.
Pretty quilt, enjoy your class.
Cute hexies. I think the pink binding will be better than green anyway.

I love your quilt with the hot pink background! I think the pink binding will be great--though I also like the suggestion for a bit of the green in the binding too--and have you considered the blue or the tangerine colors? Either of those might be pretty too!
Your quilting is excellent. The hexies are coming along. Your class sounds exciting. Love your fabric pull.
