Cleaning Up
I don't have anything to show in the way of craftiness or sewing so far this week. What I have been sewing is a gift, so no peeks, yet. And other than that I have been using my time cleaning. Cleaning all those areas that only get it once or twice a year. It's so nice to have the clean slate after all the Christmas stuff has been put away. The house seems so much bigger. So I have been through the broom closet, my dresser, Ellie's dresser, under the kitchen sink and the laundry room. Here is a picture of what makes me the happiest today.
Yep. Just a simple over the door shoe organizer. Chock full of hats, gloves, mittens and scarves. I can't claim credit for this one, my Sister-in-law has been doing this for years. I just finally got to a point where I realized it was time for us to do it.

Those over the door organizers are great! I live in a small apartment and love space saving receptacles...like your shoe organizer.

I was planning on buying one of those over-the-door organizers tomorrow! We're going to Bed, Bath, and Beyond tomorrow with my mother-in-law.
