I finally started my first blocks for the
Downton Abbey Mystery Quilt Along. (Since yesterday was the final reveal, I'm a bit behind! Although, seriously, who can do a quilt along the 6 weeks before Christmas!!!?) This one is called 'Titanic'
I chose to work in the Dowager Countess Colorway. Loving it!

As for the beginnings of the
temperature quilt. Jan 1-5. 19, 19, 19, 30, 21. Today's Temperature:
Because of the extreme cold many things are closed. My kids are having the longest Christmas vacation ever.. And even the LQS is closed today!
I am going to do something to mark it in the quilt, besides the temperature strip. I'm thinking a bit of embroidery to note the wind chills.
