Pillowcases of Shame

One of the projects my quilt guild participates in is Pillowcases for the Troops.  We have sent over 5000 pillowcases around the world.  Members make them at home out of their stash, or we can pick up pre-cut pieces and put them together at home.

I think I've had the pre-cut pieces at home for two years.  Yep, Pillowcases of Shame.  I think it took me all of 20 minutes to sew these together.  That was even with four kids home and running around.  Shame.  The worst part?  I can't even turn them in until our next meeting.  The end of January.  Shame.
