Brown Quilt #3 Finished

I finished one of the charity quilts.  I backed it with fleece from The Stash (yes, I think it deserves to be capitalized).

Just a simple straight line quilting to hold everything in place.  I even used a fat quarter from The Stash for the binding.  I squeaked it out.  This is how much was left.
And I did a machine stitched binding.  It went pretty well.  I figured out how to do the miters after I was done - but hey, nobody's going to look that close!

Woo Hoo.  One more project done.  More Stash used up!
Linking up to Finish It Up Friday.

Very nice and cuddly! What kind of batting do you use when you use fleece backing?

What a beautiful quilt! I love the softness of the colors and lil' piggy toes taking a walk on it! Thanks for stopping by my blog and maybe we could cheer each other on to use those scrumptious colors!

That quilt looks so soft, especially under those little feet! I know what you mean about mitred corners... more often than not I round off the corners of my quilts so I don't even have to bother!

Good for you, I have done a few quilts with machine binding, and I still don't think that I have got it right!

Looks like it is going to be a well loved/used quilt.
