My Olympic handwork continues. Perhaps a foot for perspective?
And the most exciting? Pulling fabrics for a class I'm taking this Saturday with Gudrun Erla. I need a background for the charms. We are doing a kit in the morning and a table runner in the afternoon. I am pretty excited. Hoping the baby behaves while I'm gone!
Linking with Lee.
I love that hot pink quilt! If you don't have enough green, it might look neat to include a stretch of it in the binding. I always like that effect. :)
ReplyDeleteThe hot pink is fab for the background! I don't think I would have ever have thought of that color for a background but I LOVE IT!

ReplyDeleteI guess I had better pull out fabric for the class! I better get a fire under me.
ReplyDeletePretty quilt, enjoy your class.
ReplyDeleteCute hexies. I think the pink binding will be better than green anyway.

ReplyDeleteI love your quilt with the hot pink background! I think the pink binding will be great--though I also like the suggestion for a bit of the green in the binding too--and have you considered the blue or the tangerine colors? Either of those might be pretty too!
ReplyDeleteYour quilting is excellent. The hexies are coming along. Your class sounds exciting. Love your fabric pull.
