You keep track of your hours of exercise and log them in at the end of the week. I don't think I'll win the most hours of exercise, that's for sure. But it should help me keep going. Accountability is good. I have been doing some aerobic and strength training. Now its time to start adding in the running. I have a 6K to prep for in July! (I don't plan on winning that either).
